Exchange Policy

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

To process an exchange request, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video
• Product images showing the issue
• Order details

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected by customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color differences due to screen settings
• Customized/personalized products unless defective
• Sale or discounted products

Items eligible for exchange must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all tags and accessories

Once approved:

• Replacement product will be shipped within available production timelines
• Exchange shipping timelines may vary depending on location

• If the mistake is from Charulata, exchange shipping will be covered by us
• If the customer requests exchange for personal reasons (if approved), shipping charges may apply
